The Fire Warden Training course is designed to provide learners with the knowledge, confidence and practical awareness required to support workplace fire safety arrangements and assist with safe evacuation during a fire or emergency.

Fire wardens play an important role in helping organisations prevent fires, identify fire safety issues, support emergency procedures and guide occupants during evacuation. This course explains the responsibilities of a fire warden before, during and after an emergency, including routine fire safety checks, raising the alarm, assisting evacuation, reporting hazards and supporting assembly point procedures.
The course introduces learners to basic fire science, common workplace fire hazards, fire prevention, fire alarm procedures, evacuation arrangements, fire doors, escape routes, fire extinguishers and emergency reporting. It also reinforces the importance of personal safety, role limitations and the need to follow organisational emergency plans.
