Al Shamal Solutions Military Consultancy LLC (Shamal) established the International Resilience Training & Simulation Centre (IRTSC) in 2026 as its specialist training and capability development division.

IRTSC combines internationally aligned training, simulation, specialist consultancy and real-world operational expertise to deliver practical capability solutions for complex and evolving risks. We support government, industry and communities across emergency services, aviation, maritime, oil and gas, energy, critical infrastructure, commercial, residential and community environments, and other high-risk sectors.

We also supply industry-leading products and technologies designed to prevent, contain, and respond to lithium-ion battery incidents, helping organisations safely manage the risks associated with stored energy systems.
